Absolutely amazing. Great noodles, and a quaint atmosphere. The serving size of the noodles is not large, but the price is low. For those vegetarians who are not picky over the nature of the broth, they have noodles with no meat. I cannot confirm if the broth is vegetarian, however.

Tasty and cheap. Michelle award for seven consecutive years.
This restaurant is a local secret, especially with the older generation and that is why they are not noticed on the net. Pop by at any time for a bowl of wanton and you will not regret it. the wanton is made with fresh whole prawn and the noodle is their speciality which they export to other countries. Like all small restaurants in HK, the service is chop chop, food is delivered, you eat and you go. If there is a queue, it should be fast.
水餃麵: A small bowl of high-quality dumpling noodles. I liked the subtle flavor, rather than the MSG-heavy approach many shops in Hong Kong take.
雲吞撈麵: The noodles were good, as were the wontons, but I didn't care for the fishy tasting broth at all.
Don't be put off by the decor and look of this small and cramped place, the food is truly excellent (and dont the locals know it), hence always busy. English menu available.
